This time, again I have an interesting and motivational story for you all. I hope it will help you to understand the beauty of our life in a better way.
Once in a class, a professor observes that one of his best students is not feeling good, maybe the reason is some personal stress, or maybe something else. At the end of the class, he asked to the student the reason behind it .
Student replied that he is not feeling well, and because of that he is not able to concentrate in the class. So again the teacher asked the reason behind it. Student replied some personal reason.
Then the teacher asked him to bring a glass of water, with half full.
Student brought the half glass of water.
Then, he asked him to hold in the hand.
Student does the same.
Then he asked him, what if I tell you to hold it for 1 minute?
Student replied: I can handle it.
If I say to hold it for 15 minute?
I will get pain in my hand.
What if I will say it to hold for half an hour?
Then the student replied, I will get hurt, or probably I need to go to doctor.
Then the teacher said, that’s the same thing with our life also, if you take anything too long in your heart which is bothering you, you will not feel good. It’s not good to handle those things for too long. If you have them for some time then it’s ok, but if you consider them for a long time then they will start hurting you. It's vital to think about the difficulties or issues throughout your life, But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to 'PUT THEM DOWN' at the end of each prior day you go to rest…
That way, you are not focused on, you awaken day crisp &strong & can deal with any issue, any test that comes your direction!
